Visual Toolkits

Group of people at an exhibition booth with large display signs reading 'NCR VOYIX' and 'Say Aloha to running your restaurant'. The group includes staff members wearing 'GRUBBRR' shirts and others in business attire, posing for a photo inside a convention center.

Challenge

NCR Voyix needed a broadcast and web video campaign to promote its tech brand globally but “global" meant real localization, not just subtitles. The same core message had to land across 6 languages (including Japanese, German, and Spanish), each requiring both 15- and 30-second cuts, all without losing timing, pacing, or visual polish in the process. Every language variation had to feel native, not translated.

STRATEGY

Trade show booth for NCR Voyix at a conference, with purple lighting, hanging spherical lights, and multiple screens displaying the product. Several people are gathered around the booth.

As Motion Designer on the project, I built the edit and motion timing to flex around language rather than around a single fixed cut, treating each localized version as its own edit rather than a reflow of the English original. That meant rebuilding pacing, on-screen text timing, and transitions per language to match each version's natural reading speed and rhythm, while keeping every cut recognizably part of one unified campaign.
